About Us The Division of Pediatrics of the Taipei City Hospital has six branch hospitals in the city area. Our prospective vision is to provide comprehensive healthcare for children of all ages based on "patient-centered" care. Community healthcare services include primary care practices, community-based inpatient units, an emergency department, and a newborn care unit. In order to provide the community's children with a full range of healthcare, the Division of Pediatrics of the Taipei City Hospital has developed a network of care for children in the community. This network helps ensure that children have access to excellent pediatric services in their home communities as well as open lines of consultation and referral to the Hospital. The Women and Children Branch Hospital provides a backup service in intensive care unit for high-risk premature babies, neonates, children and adolescent. We also cooperate with many other specialists in pediatric surgery, pediatric psychiatry, pediatric dentistry, pediatric ENT, pediatric dermatology, and social workers in order to provide comprehensive pediatric healthcare.
